Significance of the 21st Night
Ramadan Supplication
The 21st night of Ramadan is the night of confirmation of destiny and one of the most powerful nights of Laylatul Qadr. A believer should: 1. Mourn sincerely for Imam Ali (as). 2. Perform the eight rak‘ah prayer seeking forgiveness. 3. Recite the common duas of the last ten nights. 4. Recite the supplication condemning the killers of Imam Ali (as). 5. Recite the three special duas of the 21st night with full presence of heart. 6. Ask Allah for guidance, certainty, forgiveness, and acceptance. 7. End the night with Salawat and hope in divine mercy. Whoever honors this night sincerely has their destiny confirmed with mercy and forgiveness.
