Opening

بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ

اللہ کے نام سے شروع جو نہایت مہربان، بار بار رحم کرنے والا ہے۔

In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate.

Intention (Niyyah)

نَوَيْتُ صَوْمَ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ قُرْبَةً إِلَى اللهِ تَعَالَى

میں ماہِ رمضان کے روزے کی نیت کرتا/کرتی ہوں اللہ تعالیٰ کی رضا کے لیے۔

I intend to fast the month of Ramadan seeking closeness to Allah, the Most High.

Daily Obligatory Prayers

أَقِمِ الصَّلَاةَ لِذِكْرِي

نماز قائم کرو میری یاد کے لیے۔

Establish prayer for My remembrance.

Recitation of the Holy Quran

شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ الَّذِي أُنزِلَ فِيهِ الْقُرْآنُ

رمضان وہ مہینہ ہے جس میں قرآن نازل کیا گیا۔

The month of Ramadan is the one in which the Quran was revealed.

Seeking Forgiveness (Istighfar)

أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللهَ رَبِّي وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ

میں اللہ سے بخشش مانگتا/مانگتی ہوں اور اسی کی طرف رجوع کرتا/کرتی ہوں۔

I seek forgiveness from Allah, my Lord, and I turn to Him in repentance.

Charity and Good Deeds

وَمَا تُقَدِّمُوا لِأَنفُسِكُم مِّنْ خَيْرٍ تَجِدُوهُ عِندَ اللهِ

جو نیکی تم اپنے لیے آگے بھیجو گے وہ اللہ کے پاس پاؤ گے۔

Whatever good you send ahead for yourselves, you will find it with Allah.
