امام علیؑ نے گورنروں کو خطوط لکھے تاکہ انہیں عدل اور اچھے قیادت کی رہنمائی فراہم کی جا سکے۔ انہوں نے یاد دلایا کہ ان کا کام لوگوں کی خدمت کرنا اور ہر معاملے میں انصاف کو یقینی بنانا ہے۔
انہوں نے زور دیا کہ رہنما اللہ کے سامنے جواب دہ ہیں اور ہمیشہ ایمانداری، مہربانی اور حکمت کے ساتھ کام کرنا چاہیے۔
⚖️ Guidelines for Justice
In his letter, Imam Ali (AS) instructed the governor to treat everyone fairly, regardless of their wealth, status, or background. Justice was the foundation of a strong and prosperous society.
He also advised that corruption, favoritism, and dishonesty weaken the ruler and harm the people.
اپنے خط میں امام علیؑ نے گورنر کو ہدایت دی کہ سب کے ساتھ منصفانہ برتاؤ کریں، چاہے ان کی دولت، مرتبہ یا پس منظر کچھ بھی ہو۔ انصاف ایک مضبوط اور خوشحال معاشرے کی بنیاد ہے۔
انہوں نے یہ بھی مشورہ دیا کہ بدعنوانی، جانبداری اور دھوکہ دہی حکمران کو کمزور کرتے ہیں اور عوام کو نقصان پہنچاتے ہیں۔

امام علیؑ نے گورنر کو یاد دلایا کہ ہر عمل اللہ کے زیر نگرانی ہے۔ رہنماؤں کو یاد رکھنا چاہیے کہ وہ اپنے عوام کے ساتھ برتاؤ کے لیے جواب دہ ہوں گے۔
انہوں نے حکمرانوں کو عاجز، با حکمت رہنے اور ہمیشہ عوام کی بھلائی کو اولین ترجیح دینے کی ترغیب دی۔

یہ خط ہمیں سکھاتا ہے کہ حقیقی قیادت انصاف، ایمانداری اور ذمہ داری پر مبنی ہوتی ہے۔ ایک رہنما کو عوام کی فکر کرنی چاہیے، حکمت کے ساتھ عمل کرنا چاہیے اور ہمیشہ حق کرنے کی کوشش کرنی چاہیے۔
امام علیؑ کی مثال پر عمل کر کے ہم سیکھتے ہیں کہ قیادت دوسروں کی خدمت ہے، نہ کہ اپنے لیے ایک خصوصیت۔
